You can return the product you bought from Fine People Community Online Shop with your invoice to the address below within 15 days (2 weeks) from the invoice date, convert it to an exchange card for use within 60 days, or request an exchange of the product for a different size.

The products requested to be exchanged must be returned within the exchange period (15 days) as they were sent, free of defects and with their original package / accessories. For defective or defective products, a written notification must be made to the Fine People Community within 2 days from the delivery date.

The product that is requested to be returned or exchanged must have the original tags intact, unused and must be delivered complete with all accessories as it reaches you. Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all your copies must be sent along with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for prepaid products. It is not possible to return or exchange cosmetics, evening dresses, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, jewelry, books/magazines, technological products, glasses and accessories. The shipping fee for the products you want to return belongs to you. It will not be accepted if it is sent with buyer paid.

Following the delivery of your product to us, the product price will be returned to your credit card within 10 working days, which is the legal period, unless a definite malfunction or deterioration is detected due to reasons such as usage error, after the examinations to be made by our authorities. This period starts when we receive the returned product.

Likewise, if no situation is detected in the product that prevents its change, if the product in the requested size is available in stock, it will be sent to you with a new cargo. If the product is not available in stock, it will be returned and you will be informed.

When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be made by our officials, the product(s) you sent for the return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified, by stating the reason for the return rejection.
