Fine People Community may terminate this agreement without notice, transfer it in whole or in part, at any time. The transfer of the contract by the user or member is void.

Fine People Community has the right to remove the Site from publication and change its content due to force majeure or entirely at its own discretion and evaluation.

Users and Members are obliged to act in accordance with general morality and decency, all applicable national and international laws and regulations, communication and internet security while using the Site. Fine People Community will evaluate and finalize incoming requests within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for the requests, Fine People Community Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
